Contact us3. Data we process
Tools marked as running locally in the browser, such as the UUID generator, process values in page memory without uploading generated content. We receive only run IDs, tool and configuration versions, status, duration, item counts and whether results were copied or downloaded. These are client reports, not server-verified content. Clearing or closing the page removes its results; copies and downloads on your device remain under your control. If recent history is enabled in the Emoji tool, a limited number of standard emoji identifiers are saved locally in your browser, without search terms. You can clear these records in the tool.
To perform your task, we process uploaded files or pasted text, necessary file names and formats, chosen options, and generated intermediate files, previews and outputs. File contents are used for the chosen task, not advertising profiles, public display or model training.
For service operation and usage statistics, we record page paths, times, IP addresses, approximate regions resolved offline from IP, language, desktop/mobile classification and tool visits. We also record task IDs, tools, counts, byte sizes, states, durations and API status codes. IP regions may be inaccurate and do not represent precise locations or people counts. Logs exclude conversion contents, original file names, sensitive request headers and original query text.
For feedback, we store your title, message, related tool, optional task ID, optional contact details and handling records. Reply permission is a separate choice; without it we do not use the details to contact you. Do not include passwords, identity documents or conversion-file contents in feedback.
4. Retention and deletion
Originals, outputs and previews are kept temporarily for up to 24 hours and can be deleted sooner.
The period starts when the upload session is created; finishing an upload, retrying or downloading does not extend it. The task page shows the actual expiry. Access is revoked at expiry, then automated cleanup removes the files. Manual deletion also covers intermediate and archive files. Cleanup failures remain pending or failed and are retried; completion is not reported before removal is confirmed.
Conversion files and temporary mappings that can recover contents are excluded from business backups. Metadata and voluntarily submitted information follow the separate rules below; daily aggregates contain tool-level counts only.
| Data | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|
| Temporary files and names | Perform the chosen task | Up to 24 hours; see the task expiry |
| IP and visit details | Security, visit and region statistics | Up to 30 days |
| API logs | Operational diagnostics | Up to 14 days |
| Task and cleanup metadata | Task state and cleanup verification | 30 days; cleanup failures retain only the minimum mapping needed for repair |
| Browser run metadata | Availability checks and client-reported statistics, without generated content | 30 days; daily aggregates 12 months |
| Directory interaction events | Category clicks, directory opens, category searches and tool searches with no results; event IDs, categories, language, device class and times only, without search text or linked visitor identities | Deduplication records 30 days; daily aggregates 12 months |
| Daily aggregates | Tool usage trends | 12 months |
| Task waiting experience | Per-task counts for progress display, same-session return, result exposure, download requests and user cancellation, without file contents. Uses a task-specific irreversible session digest and temporary browser return markers | Server records 30 days; browser markers are valid for up to 24 hours, expired markers are removed when a task is next opened, and closing the tab clears them |
| Feedback and contact details | Handle issues and suggestions | Up to 180 days after closure and no more than 365 days after submission |
| Administrator audit | Operational accountability | Up to 180 days |
6. Service providers
Infrastructure provider details are not yet published on this site. Use Contact us to ask for them.
Processing and storage regions are not yet published on this site. Use Contact us to ask for them.
Processing and temporary storage receive only data needed for the task. When Tencent COS is enabled, originals, previews and outputs temporarily use a private bucket and remain accessible through the site's authorized interface. The public sitemaps list only public pages, excluding task pages, feedback and user files. WeChat, QQ, Telegram, email and external software downloads are governed by the relevant provider's own privacy rules.
If a change to purposes, data scope or storage regions requires renewed notice or consent, we will provide that notice and complete the applicable process before the change.
7. Your choices
You may stop uploading, cancel unfinished tasks, delete task files, or delete feedback belonging to this browser below. You can also contact us to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of reply permission. Provide only the minimum information needed, such as a receipt; avoid sending original conversion files or identity documents.
After a device change or cookie deletion, self-service deletion may not establish ownership; we will use an appropriate method to verify the request. This site does not offer independent services to children under 14. A guardian can contact us if a child's information was submitted inadvertently.

Updated notices show their date on this page. Material changes receive appropriate notice; changes requiring consent do not rely solely on continued use as agreement. Any legally required special handling is limited to the relevant basis, scope and duration.
2. Tool comments and replies
Comments accept text, Emoji and built-in sticker identifiers, with no image or file uploads. We store the content, tool, reply relationship, submission time, moderation status and browser session identifier. Before approval, submissions are visible only to the submitting browser session. Approved content is public. Expired or cleared sessions no longer provide access to unpublished comments.
The server uses a local IP region database to estimate a city for the visitor label, falling back to Anonymous. Comment records do not store raw IP addresses, and comments never display them. Administrators can disable comments or clear their content and replies. Use Contact us to request comment deletion.
