1. Service scope

This site provides document, image and data-format processing. Tool pages specify supported formats, sizes, counts, options and availability. We do not promise conversion between every format or support for every source file. Online tools do not require an account in this version; desktop software is available only through actual releases in the download center.

Read the tool instructions and privacy notice before uploading and processing. You can stop before submission. Optional feedback contact details and reply permission do not affect access to online tools.

2. Using the service

Process only content you are entitled to use and obtain any permission needed for others' personal information or works. Do not submit malware or infringing content, or disrupt the service through abusive requests or attempts to bypass limits or access controls.

Protect your browser session and downloaded files. Use Contact us to report unexpected access, infringement or service problems. We will handle reports according to the facts and applicable rules.

3. Results and files

Keep your originals and download needed results before expiry.

Conversion can be affected by fonts, source structure, encoding and format differences. Compression may not produce a smaller file. Review cropping, merging and conversion outputs before using them. These tools do not replace professional review or backups of your originals.

Originals, temporary files, previews and outputs share the expiry set when uploading starts, up to 24 hours. Deletion or expiry revokes access, and completed deletion cannot be reversed. Cancelling a task does not guarantee file retention; consult its actual state on the task page.

4. Software and third parties

Desktop release notes specify requirements, versions, file sizes and checksums. Check your system and chip before downloading, then follow the installation instructions. Platforms without a released installer show Coming soon. Open-source components and third-party software retain their own licenses.

Third-party contact channels and external downloads may take you away from this site. The relevant platform provides its account, communication, download and privacy rules. We do not ask for passwords or payment information in feedback forms.

5. Service changes

Tools may pause new submissions for maintenance, dependency failures, load or feature changes. Pages show the relevant state, and accepted tasks are handled according to their actual status. We take reasonable steps to restore service, address faults and notify material changes when necessary.

Any additional terms for new features, paid offerings or independent desktop services will be explained before use. A suggestion does not create a promise of adoption, a delivery date or continued availability of a feature.

6. Rights and responsibilities

Using a tool does not transfer your existing rights in uploaded content. You authorize the processing and temporary storage needed for your chosen task, excluding public publication, marketing or model training. The site's own software, interface and other materials remain subject to their applicable rights and licenses.

Each party is responsible under applicable law and according to its own fault. These terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or remove your legal rights. Any material limitation must be clearly brought to your attention and interpreted under applicable rules.

For concerns about the service, results or terms, contact us with the issue and any necessary receipt so that we can seek a resolution. Unresolved disputes may be brought before an authority with jurisdiction under applicable law. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights.

Updates show their date and receive notice appropriate to their significance. Changes requiring renewed agreement will be presented for that agreement separately.
