Frequently asked questions
Will the picture be cropped?
No. 90° and 270° swap width and height. Every picture frame is retained; odd display sizes round down to even pixels.
Which formats can I export?
MP4, MOV, MKV, WEBM and AVI. AVI uses uniform frame timing and PCM soundtracks, which can make files larger. Other formats retain relative frame timing.
How do previews differ from exports?
Editing uses a lightweight MP4 preview. Exports use the original files. Non-MP4 results have playback previews generated from their actual exports.
