Frequently asked questions

Which symbologies are supported?

The generator provides 32 symbologies; batch QR uses a dedicated QR encoder. The reader supports ZXing Code128/39/93, EAN/UPC, ITF, Codabar, DataBar, PDF417, DataMatrix, Aztec, QR and others. It cannot read every generated symbology.

What are the limits?

Generation: 500 entries, 200 KB input, 2,000 bytes per entry, 80 MB output. Reading: 20 images, 10 MB/8 megapixels each, 60 MB total, 50 symbols per image. Admin settings can lower the item limit.

What about failed rows and printing?

Each row reports its own result. Invalid data is never represented as a successful image. Open the HTML sheet in a browser to print, and check physical dimensions and scan quality.
