Past times are scheduled for the next day in the device timezone. Nonexistent daylight-saving times are rejected; ambiguous times use the first occurrence.

Keep the page open with sound enabled. Background throttling, device sleep, muting or clock changes affect reminders; overdue alarms are checked on return. Closing/reloading cancels the alarm. Audio and titles are not uploaded.

Only initial start or setting an alarm counts as preparation. Pausing, resuming, laps and clock ticks do not add runs. Records remain only in this page.

Processed content stays in this page’s memory and cannot be recovered after clearing or closing.

About this tool

Set an alarm using the device clock, with quick presets, sound preview, local audio, and looping or timed ringing. Keep this page open. Background throttling, sleep or muting may delay or prevent sound; this does not replace a system alarm. Metrics cover preparation status, timing, counts and copy/download actions; titles, alarm times and laps are not uploaded.

How to use

  1. Enter a title and local alarm time or choose a quick preset; past times move to tomorrow.
  2. Choose a synthesized sound or local audio, duration, and preview to check volume before setting.
  3. Keep the page open; stop ringing or cancel in advance. Backgrounding and sleep can affect reminders.

Frequently asked questions

Will timing or ringing continue after the page closes?

No. Data belongs to this page and reload/close clears it. Stopwatch uses a monotonic clock which may exclude sleep on some systems. Alarm uses the device clock and checks overdue status on return. There is no OS-level background alarm service.
