About this tool

Parse PEM or DER X.509 certificates locally, including up to 20 PEM certificates. Inspect names, dates, public keys, signatures, fingerprints and extensions; export JSON, certificates or public keys. Parsing/date checks do not verify CA trust, signatures or revocation. Metrics contain only status, timing, counts and copy/download actions. Inputs, passwords, private keys and parsed content are not uploaded.

How to use

  1. Paste PEM certificates or choose a PEM/DER file; a public test certificate is provided.
  2. Decode/extract in a browser Worker; cancel at any time.
  3. Inspect certificates and key entries, copy or download PEM/JSON. Private-key exports are unencrypted; clear or leave to remove page results.

Frequently asked questions

Does successful parsing mean trusted certificates or protected key storage?

No. CA trust, certificate signatures and revocation are not verified. The password only opens the source PFX; extracted PKCS#8 keys and JSON containing keys are unencrypted. Protect downloaded files. Limits are 2 MiB, 20 certificates and 40 bags; unsupported PFX algorithms or contents are rejected.
