Publishing Time Planner
Drag a shared timeline across time zones, customize working and active windows, and find, save and export common candidate times.
Publishing Time Planner
Use a modern browser with Workers and a secure connection.
Time comparison
A valid date and regions are needed to build the comparison.
Regions (0/12)
Candidate search settings
Search checks 0 instants, up to 5000.
Calculates custom windows, not an account’s best posting times. Previews do not count as runs; searches count checked instants and saving the current instant counts as one item.
Candidate times
Set up the regional windows, then calculate candidate times.
Only sampled instants are shown. Times between them may not match.
Saved times (0/50)
Save candidates or the current instant to review and export them here.
The list stays in this page and is lost when you leave. Region changes do not rewrite saved snapshots. Download to keep the results.
Dates, regions, windows and results stay in this browser. Time zone rules use browser data and may change for future dates.
Processed content stays in this page’s memory and cannot be recovered after clearing or closing.
About this tool
Choose an IANA base time zone and date, then drag the timeline to compare the same instant in multiple regions. Customize names, zones, working and target active hours and weekdays. Search common candidates, save snapshots and copy or export CSV and JSON.
How to use
- Choose a base zone, date and time. If the local time repeats, select its specific UTC offset. You can also drag the timeline or choose Now.
- Add regions and edit their working and active windows and weekdays. Choose search days, interval and matching window.
- Calculate candidates and view or save matching instants, or save the current instant. Expand saved snapshots to review local times, then copy or download the list.
Frequently asked questions
Does this recommend the best posting time?
No. It only checks whether your regional windows match at the same instant. It does not read account or audience data, score times or infer audience activity.
How is daylight saving handled?
Comparisons use actual UTC instants. Missing local times cannot be saved and repeated times need an offset choice. Transition days may have 23 or 25 hours, half-hour changes, or be skipped entirely. Rules use browser IANA data and future rules may change.
How do overnight and all-day windows work?
The start is included and the end excluded. The after-midnight part of an overnight window belongs to the previous starting weekday. Equal endpoints mean the whole selected calendar day. Working and active weekdays are independent; select at least one.
Do candidates represent continuous available windows?
Only sampled instants are checked, every 5, 15, 30 or 60 elapsed minutes from the base day start. Times between samples may not match. Searches span up to 14 days and obey the run item limit. Truncated displays are labeled and preserve the full match count.
Which actions count as usage?
Previewing, dragging, editing and saving existing candidates do not start a run. Searches count checked instants; saving the current instant counts one item. Copying or downloading the saved list is attributed to the successful run for the most recently added snapshot.
Are regions and results uploaded or restored?
Dates, names, windows and results stay in page memory without uploading content. Settings changes do not rewrite old snapshots. Leaving or resetting removes them. The server receives only visits, run status, duration, counts and copy/download actions. Download to keep results.
Which dates and exports are supported?
Base dates range from 1900 through 2100; another zone may cross into an adjacent year. Copy a text list, download UTF-8 BOM CSV or full JSON. CSV prefixes potential formula names with an apostrophe; JSON retains the original strings.
